Note:
- Cable-stayed or change direction of the wire rope is not allowed. Be careful to wrap the wire rope tightly when winding it. Once the wire rope loose, hanging heavy goods on the wire rope will quickly tighten, or even twist the card rope, it is easy to burst, broken.
- The item does not suitable for long-time work. If the motor becomes hot, stop working and restart after it cools down.
- Under the condition that the voltage and current are kept stable, it is recommended to cool the machine for about 15-20 minutes after continuous use of hoist for 60 minutes before continuing to use.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
